Founder Round
Founder round · only 300 will exist
The first 300 Monkys, built by this community.
The people who already believe in Monky fund the first production run together, and nothing is charged unless the round reaches its goal.
Monky is the original Monkimal. These are the first 300 ever made.
The round is open.

You save a card with Stripe. Nothing is charged today.
Goal hit, we build
Cards are charged only when the goal is reached, and the production order is placed that week.
No goal, no charge
If the goal is not reached within 12 months, your card is never charged.
Good questions
What exactly is Monky?
Monky is a soft plush companion with a gentle heart inside that plays sound you can feel as calming vibration. It pairs over Bluetooth like a speaker, so you can play anything through it, and the optional Monky app adds recordings tuned for the best sound and feel.
Is it safe for little ones?
Monky's heart is sealed deep inside the plush, away from little hands, with no hard edges or screens. As with any plush that contains electronics, we recommend the usual grown-up supervision.
When will my Monky ship?
Nothing happens until the round reaches its goal. Then cards are charged, the production order is placed the same week, and every founder Monky is hand-assembled and tested by us after our suppliers deliver. We plan for delivery within 12 months of the charge, with build updates the whole way.
What if my card expires before the goal is reached?
Your card is saved securely with Stripe, and we email you before anything is charged. If your card has expired by then, we simply send you a secure link to save a new one.
How do you get my shipping address?
We ask for it by email when your Monky is ready to ship, so moving in the meantime changes nothing.
Can I change or cancel my pledge?
Anytime before the production order is placed. Email hello@monkimals.com and we will change or release your pledge; your card is either never charged or fully refunded.

Gift a Monky to a kid in need
We build one and place it with a child through children’s hospitals and wish-granting organizations. You get the story of where it went.
Boost the round
Optional. If you believe in the goal and want to push it over the line, add any amount on top. Every dollar goes straight to the production run.
The founder promise
- Cancel anytime before we order. Up to the day the production order is placed, email us and your pledge is released with nothing charged, or fully refunded if already charged.
- Ship or refund. Every founder Monky is hand-assembled and tested by us, one at a time, after our suppliers deliver. That is why we plan for delivery within 12 months of the charge. If we cannot ship yours within that window, we will tell you the new date, and you can take a full refund instead at any time.
- Gifted Monkys reach real kids. Gift units are placed with children through children’s hospitals and wish-granting organizations. We are building those relationships now and will report exactly where every gifted Monky went.
- This is a preorder, not an investment. You are buying a founder edition Monky (or gifting one), not equity. No returns are promised and none should be expected.
